Is my friend to young to get a tatt by her bikini vicinity ?

My friend wants to get a tattoo when she’s 16 by her bikni vicinity , be fond of this-

And she wants it to say “Vegetarian for life” or “Go vegan”
or this symbol

She says she really wants it but isn’t she to young to get it in that vicinity ? is the the tattoo actor allowed to tattoo her in that spot?
she’s told me she’s been wanting this tattoo since she was 12 yrs ancient .
And yes she knows she will need her parent there. We have so many fantastic tattoo shops in our vicinity .

YES you can be 16 at the shop that I have near me. So no you don’t HAVE TO BE 18.
I am not asking you if you reckon she’s to young for a tattoo.
I am asking if you reckon she’s to young to get tattooed in that Vicinity .

Depending on what State she is in, numerous have the limit of 18 but most w/ a parent bestow and w/ consent can receive a tattoo at 16. She is 16 years ancient and very idealistic at the moment, determined in her mentality to get this tattoo that she has wanted for so very long, at least to a 16 year ancient . It’s very seldom that a vegetarian at that age all of the sudden becomes a gluttonous meat consumer in the future so her choice isn’t that terrible if she sticks w/ symbols instead of words. If she must have this tattoo then there are bounty of fine, female tattoo artists out there and at least at the bikini line it can be veiled in a professional environment when she develops a career. Her choice for the spot of the tattoo is wise even if she probably is just thinking “sexy” at the moment. At least having a parent there will generally assure that a reputable actor is doing the job and not approximately idiot w/ a homemade gun or an idiot that had cash to spare for a genuine gun. Hepatitis is a very genuine problem w/ those issues so should be addressed in view of that . A reputable shop uses clean equipment and new needles, where if a young women gets desperate enough she might visit someone less ethical. Just my plotting ….from dealing w/ youth.
