Tattoos in Kansas City?

I am looking for a house to get my initially tattoo – I’d prefer somewhere that is renowned to be brilliant , with excellent artists and the total shebang.

With all, the touchtone phone index can only tell you so greatly .

I’m also including a link to the image of the tattoo I want, in case that makes a difference on where I go. (And, no, the colors in the picture are not what I really want the tattoo to look be fond of – this was the closest I could get it to black and white.)
