If its genuine then that has to be the most expensive tattoo ever, and the greatest tattoo actor that has ever lived, or fantastic artwork to make it look fake.

Its genuine . I saw it in a tattoo magazine. I don’t remember the name of the actor but it came out of Las Vegas.
