Does anyone Know How Greatly The Tattoo Actor Mister Cartoon Charges?

i was Reading on his website that he doesn’t charge by the hour but by the point ..has anyone gotten a tattoo made with him.. he does really nice work and im plotting to get mines made with him..please let me know.thankfulness =]
