Where can I find the best tattoo actor /parlor for a flower tattoo in SF bay vicinity ?

I want to get a tattoo of the gladiolus flower but I don’t want it to come out looking cheap or weird it’s gonna be on my deceased forever so I want to make sure it looks excellent ! I live in the San Francisco Bay Vicinity , so I would prefer to go somewhere relatively local! Thankfulness !
