Does anyone know a really excellent (pronouncement winning) tattoo actor in Ontario (Canada)..?

I’d be fond of to know if anyone can recommend a really excellent tattoo actor that is very excellent at doing wildlife and cover ups, anywhere in Ontario. Links to any work they have made would be helpful. I know of one guy (bob tyrrell) who is incredible (http://www.bobtyrrell.com/) but he is located in Detroit which is too far.thx!
