Best Cover Up Tattoo Artist

Can TCA, Wrecking Balm, Tat-B-Dead , or other products fade (not remove) tattoos w/black ink and are 7 yrs ancient ?

I have 3 tattoos (each average size) on my left arm that’re 7 yrs ancient w/no retouches. With that being said, they’re already faded, but they have mostly black ink.

I’m thinking about getting cover-up tattoos finished them, from the best actor in Ohio that I can find. I really don’t wanna work the ancient tattoos in w/the new ones (except there’s no other way), but I wanna get something w/dark colors and alot of detail to cover up so greatly to fool the untrained eye.

What I wanna do is to try to fade them as greatly as I can to make the cover-up greatly simpler (if that’s even doable ). I’m thinking of using TCA, and my question is… will this preparation work?

BBBTTTWWW, I only wanna hear answers from those who experienced w/products be fond of these,or has experience w/cover-ups. NOT from those w/just opinions.

Even more so, don’t suggest me laser treatment. I already know that lasers facility best, I just don’t have that kinda cash.

No. All of these products are scams. Topically vanishing a tattoo is physically impracticable . There must be approximately way for it reach the permanent layers of the skin, which it cannot.

You can try casing it up as is, but the tattoo will need to be darker. Other than that, all that can lighten it is laser.
